Mr. John Idowu Nejoh is an economist, chartered accountant, banker and finance expert. He studied Economics at the University of Benin, Benin City between 1984 and 1988 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. A distinguished scholar, John emerged the best all-round graduating student in the Faculty of Business/Social Sciences in 1988 obtaining numerous prizes for academic excellence. He also has a rare distinction of passing all the stages of the qualifying examinations programme of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) within 12 calendar months between November 1991 and November 1992. He is a Fellow of the Institute as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. In pursuit of his knack for academic excellence, John attended the University of Lagos between 1997 and 1999 where he obtained the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing. In the Spring of 2002, John was one of the 8 Nigerians selected by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in conjunction with International Foundation for Education and Self Help (IFESH) for the “Best and Brightest” African Bankers Training/Exchange Programme at JP Morgan Chase Bank, New York City. John has over 30 years experience in consulting, teaching as well as banking and finance in top flight institutions including Nigeria International Bank (Citibank Nigeria). He was, at a time, the Financial Controller of a medium sized Nigerian bank with 65 branch network where he introduced several cost reduction and operations optimization measures including the “Advice System” policy stoppage that saved the bank an average of =N150 Million or US$ 6.85million per annum from 1997. He also implemented several measures that ensured that the bank complied with statutory regulations and policies of the government. It was during his tenure that the bank, for the first time, was not penalized for late submission of annual audited account. John joined Arco Group Plc, a local conglomerate operating in Oil & Gas sector in April 2006 as Group Executive Director/Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and a key member of the Turn-Around Team of the company. As the GCFO, he led the team that arranged several multi-million US Dollars project finance facilities for the group. He was for two years, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Arco Group Plc with responsibilities for Strategic Planning, Finance, and Subsidiaries Coordination. He is currently a Director and Chairman of the Board Finance & Risk Committee of Arco Group Plc. Since year 2020, John has been a regular facilitator in the ‘’Leading for Mission’’ Management Training for Church Leaders in the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos. He also helps in the coordination of Finance and Budget Seminars of the Archdiocese Engagement Project. John has attended numerous local and off-shore courses including the Strategic Management Program at Harvard Business School (HBS), Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Lagos Business School.” to the same word count as this “Forensic audit specialist known for meticulous attention to detail and uncovering complex financial discrepancies.

Mrs Omotayo Akin-Adenekan is a seasoned professional of over 30 years cross functional experience covering Audit and Consulting, Operations, Financial Controls and Banking. She holds a B.Sc Accounting degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1988) where she won the SWAN prize for the best Accounting Female Graduate in her set in Ile-Ife. She has an MBA from the Lagos Business School and she is also an alumnus of IESE Business School, Spain (E-MBA 8, 2004). Tayo is a Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). She is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Tayo commenced her professional career with G.K and Co (Chartered Accountants) where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and thereafter had a brief stint with International Funding Group (IFG), as an Investment Executive. She has over 14 years banking experience garnered across various senior management positions such as Head of Financial Controls and Head of Corporate Banking amongst others. Tayo was at various times involved in various projects such as financial and business process re-engineering, branch expansion and integration, etc. She culminated her banking career as the Group Head, Bank Operations after integrating all the bank’s 65 branches and then proceeded to take a new challenge at Oak Pensions Limited (a Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) company) as the Group Head, Operations, setting up their Operations Department and building it to a fully functional and customer-centric department. Tayo was, at a time, the Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Corona Schools Trust Council. This position bears responsibility for the lead role in professional financial planning, fund management and treasury operations, business strategy and financial reporting in the organization. Tayo was also, at a time, the Partner in charge of Audit and Assurance Services at Funso Alabi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), a professional firm offering audit and business advisory services. While there, she was involved in in various turn around consultancy services for some medium sized companies ranging from manufacturing to infrastructure, oil and gas services, public relations and advertisement.   Tayo is currently a DIrector and Chairman of Board Audit Committee of Platinum Mortgage Bank Limited. Tayo is widely travelled and has attended many courses both locally and internationally. She has also headed many Committees on Change Management.

Mr. Lade Adedinsewo obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree ifrom the University of Ilorin in 1988 and  qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2006 . He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Lade started his professional training with the firm of Ijewere & Co (Chartered Accountants) as a Senior Audit Trainee in June 1991. He rose through the rank from the position of a Senior Audit Trainee to the position of a Director of Tax in 2012 with responsibilities for managing the Oil and Gas sector under the Tax Department. Lade was Team Lead while he was in Audit Department for many audit assignments. He participated actively in the process of staff restructuring of the many banks during the restructuring and recapitalization of Banks. He was the Corporate Tax Team Lead that defended Intercontinental Bank during the buy-out of the bank by Access Bank Plc. He also led the team for the Paper Mill restructuring at Oku Iboku, Akwa Ibom State in 1997. He was part of the Due Diligence Team for Assets and Liabilities verification of Jebba Paper Mills, Kwara State. Lade was the Head of Corporate Tax Department before he rose to the position of a Director in 2012 at Ijewere & Co.

Dr Matthew Akpomie is an all rounded professional and has background and certifications in accounting, finance, compliance, fraud investigation, systems audit, and Human Resources Management.  His skills and dexterity in MS Office suites including Excel, PowerPivot, PowerBI, Google Sheets have enabled him resolve complex accounting, reconciliations and fraud cases as Compliance and Systems Auditor in the various organizations where he has worked. Dr Matthew has degree in Accounting and an M.Sc degree in Finance from University of Leicester as well as a double Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in Corporate Finance from Rivers State University of Science & Technology as well as Banking & FInance from University of Port Harcourt.  He has demonstrated history of working in the Oil & Gas, Banking, Finance and Manufacturing industries in Nigeria and overseas.

Mr. Patrick Oshiobugie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry of the University of Ibadan, and MBA degree in Business Administration of the University of Calabar. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He had his audit training with a firm of Olagunju Oladeji & Co and worked in the firm for 5 years and resigned as Audit Senior. Patrick had over 15 years banking experience working in various departments including Internal Audit and Branch Operations in All states Trust Bank (now Ecobank Nigeria) with numerous milestone achievements in operations optimization and fraud prevention. He was at various times, the Branch Manager of Uyo Branch as well as Branch Accountant of Calabar and Abuja Branches. He was, at a time, the Head of Internal Audit for Northern Operation of the Bank. Patrick was a former General Manager (Finance & Operation of Mega Micro Finance Bank (MFB), Kubwa, Abuja. At Mega MFB, he established their Operations Department including the Operations Manual, Internal Controls and Procedures and the Management Information Systems (MIS). Before he established the audit firm of Patrick Oshiobugie & Co, he was a Partner in the accounting firm of Nasir Ozamah & Co (Chartered Accountants). The firm renders accounting, auditing, taxation and allied services to a broad range of clients in various sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Mr. Boboeye Brisibe has over two decades experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) across various industries.  He has a strong background in financial analysis and planning, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, corporate finance and financial operations functions with which he has performed superlatively in the banking, construction, hospitality as well as the oil and gas sectors. Boboeye has worked and held various senior management positions in different organizations, some of which include: Topline Engineers, Genesis Foods, Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company Plc, (PHED), Destiny Dredging International Limited and Oceanic Bank Sao Tome and Principe (where he functioned as the Chief Finance Officer), Ecobank International Plc, and Oceanic Bank International Plc, etc where he held various positions across functions. Armed with a degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of Benin, Benin City and certifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)  and Advanced Financial Statements Analysis, Boboeye has handled a number of complex projects for NCL especially in the areas of audit and accounting support services to clients.
